September Neo Community _ Seochon Tour

2023.11.27

Since the end of the COVID pandemic, The travel business, which was blocked by stuffy masks, is revitalizing again.

Not only domestic tourists traveling abroad, The number of foreigners visiting Korea is also increasing rapidly!

If a foreign friend asks you to recommend a travel destination in Korea, Which area will you be introducing to me?

Since Cheong Wa Dae opened last year, Numerous tourists visited Jongno-gu.

Seochon, located under Inwangsan Mountain Combining the charm of Korean tradition and trendy culture It has established itself as a tourist attraction loved by domestic and foreign tourists.

Not long ago, it was selected as a “local brand commercial district reinforcement project” implemented by the Seoul Metropolitan Government, We are preparing to establish ourselves as a representative tourist destination in Seoul.

Urban regeneration projects, for neoins interested in local communities!
This Neo Community is Seochon’s storyteller
I went on a trip to Seochon with ‘writer Seol Jae-woo’.

“I’d like to give my team members a little free time. Please pick me so that I can tour Seochon with my team members in the planning room!”

One day in September, when the sun peeped out through the cloudy sky, the family members of the Neo-Value Planning Office visited Seochon. I was worried about what if it would rain on the day of the tour because it rained until the previous day. Fortunately, the rain has subsided and the cool autumn breeze has come, perfect weather for walking.

“I’m looking forward to it! I’ve been to Seochon before, but it’s my first time touring every corner like this.”

The planning office is under the direct control of Chairman Son Ji-ho, CEO of Neo-Value. Simply put, it’s a bridge that helps CEOs and their members communicate and move in one direction! It helps you set mid- to long-term strategies or annual goals, and helps you perform well in the various projects that the company faces. If writer Seol Jae-woo is a storyteller in Seochon, the planning room can be seen as a “Neo storyteller” who communicates with many departments of Neo-Value!

The tour began at Gyeongbokgung Station on the subway. Starting with the history of Gyeongbokgung Station, which was busy passing by, we have met the stories of every corner of Seochon, including Seochon of Ground seesaw, Baeksong site in Tongui-dong, village yard in Tongui-dong, and Lee Sang-beom’s house.

“It’s definitely different from what you know and see. Now that I hear the story, I think I can see different sides!”

“I think Neo people will love it when they tour. I hope there will be a chance for all the company staff to participate in the future!”

With the addition of the vivid story of Seol Jae-woo, a real Seochon resident, the more exciting tour was completed. In particular, the eyes of Neo-people shone in the “Tongui-dong Village Madang,” which is a community space for residents in Seochon and contains numerous stories at the same time. Neo-Value also seems to have focused more on local communities and urban regeneration projects, right?

“The alley is really pretty 😉. I walked for three hours, but I don’t think I walked much.”

“If there is a program like this in other neighborhoods, I would like to experience it!”

One of Seochon’s many charms is the “alley.” Walking down the narrow path between low buildings and houses, you can appreciate the long life and regional characteristics of Seochon residents. In fact, as I walked through the alleys of Seochon for nearly three hours, I felt the charm of the alleys that cannot be easily found in downtown Seoul..

The neo community in September with the cool autumn breeze!

Thanks to the pleasant weather and exciting stories in the first time in a while, all the Neo people smiled brightly. In this fall, I hope you’ll be able to walk through “Neighborhood”

Why don’t you find hidden stories everywhere?

(Please look forward to Neo-Value’s moves to add new stories throughout the city.)😊)

Neo Community will come back with richer news to match the harvest season 😎.

Have a happy Chuseok holiday!
