Not at all! Kombucha is an attractive drink in itself,
Anyone can enjoy it if you mix various fruits with it.
Kombucha has become famous as a health drink that Hollywood actors enjoy.
In Korea, when Jungkook of BTS was known to drink, there was a sell-out crisis.
How is it? If you haven’t tried kombucha yet,
aren’t you curious about the taste?
For a healthy summer! The Neo people started making kombucha themselves.
Indeed, did Kombucha suit the taste of the Neo-Value People & Culture team?
“There are so many team members, so it’s not easy to do something together. I hope Neo Community will be a good opportunity! Also, all of our team members like coffee, so we drink it together often. Wouldn’t it be good to study kombucha this time and drink healthy kombucha instead of coffee?”
Simply put, the Neo Value People & Culture Team is a department that plays the role of the corporate ‘Human Resources Team’. I am engaged in overall HR tasks such as recruitment, salary, organizational culture, and general affairs. As it covers various areas of work, there are nine members of the team members. It boasts the largest scale(?) of neo-value transcription 😁.
Neo Value’s “Nude Ikseon” has already established itself as a landmark in Ikseon-dong! A small kombucha workshop located near it was attended by all the people and culture team members. Is it because of the unusually hot and humid weather. All the Neo people looked tired at the same time as they entered 😂. A glass of cold kombucha was given for them.
“It’s my first time drinking raw kombucha, and it’s sweet and delicious!”
“It tastes similar to yogurt 😀”
Kombucha is largely divided into three categories: “powder form” that looks like instant coffee, “carbonate form” that is mainly packed in glass bottles, and “raw Kombucha” that contains live lactic acid bacteria. The kombucha given to the Neo people on this day was a raw kombucha made by the workshop. Everyone was worried about being unfamiliar because it was their first time, but fortunately, it seemed to suit their taste pretty well.
A full-fledged class was held with an introduction to Kombucha. Kombucha is a fermented drink with tea and sugar containing a fungus called scoby. It’s full of beneficial bacteria that help your intestines, so it’s good for your health.(Of course, excessive is not good!😮) One of the charms of Kombucha is that it can be enjoyed in a variety of flavors depending on individual preferences. On this day, Neo-Inns also had time to mix various ingredients such as apples, peaches, lime, mint, and cinnamon in basic kombucha.
As sweet as it tastes, the process of making it was very fun!
“Since I hear that carbonic acid will be produced, I should make kombucha that I can drink instead of beer 😎.”
“I’m going to make a fruit kombucha that I can drink with my children. It’s sweet, so I think the kids will like it!”
After deciding on the concept of kombucha, we repeated measuring and mixing the ingredients that fit it one by one. In the process, the distinctive scents of each material spread gently throughout the workshop, and it seemed to heal itself. Especially with blueberries and roses, it quickly turned into a strange pink color, and a kombucha that makes you feel good just by looking at it was completed.
“I used the same material, but the results are all different 😀.”
“I made it myself, so you can’t taste it anywhere else! I can’t wait to drink it 😊.”
Neo people who have completed their own kombucha by labeling and packing glass bottles themselves! You can drink the finished kombucha right away, but if you ferment it for two to three days, you can enjoy it more refreshingly. These days, when I’m suffocating due to the unprecedented heat wave, I can enjoy a cooler summer with my own cup of kombucha, which is nowhere else in the world, right?
