Neovalue takes into account the ‘Humanity’ of thinking about people and the power to live together, ‘Connection’, and contains social values.

Neovalue plants lifestyle content in the space to revitalize the local community.

The core of the development industry that Neovalue pursues starts with the question, “Where can customers enjoy a better lifestyle?” As a result, the most valuable product is defined as a collection of content that fills the space and operates it sustainably, not the hard asset itself. Therefore, Neovalue is creating a “lifestyle product” by filling the newly created local space with a variety of “culture” and adding Neovalue’s own idea “power” that makes it sustainable.


For this reason, software, or content planning (MD), is the work that takes as much effort as the hardware in space. Only big franchises don’t create ‘good-to-live’ neighborhoods. Neovalue goes beyond the uniform experience of large franchises and considers a lifestyle that meets the needs of the local community (community). We are trying to create a greater social value (SV) by creating a sustainable urban space that considers connection, the power to live, along with humanity, the six elements of Neo Value’s lifestyle experience.

First, to revitalize the local economy, local tenants are attracted first.

Half of Alleyway’s tenants are residents of the area & neighborhood. In the case of Alleyway Optics, 48% are local tenants, of which 27% are living in Suwon and 21% are living in Gyeonggi-do. 

 

In the case of Alleyway Incheon, 52% are local tenants (40% living in Incheon and 12% living in Gyeonggi-do). Neovalue continues to think about creating a more diverse and happy local community by considering local ideas and lifestyles. Against this backdrop, local tenants are being attracted first to revitalize the local economy of the target site.

Second, we support startups & social venture companies / new artists & youth in various ways.

Neovalue supports startups, social enterprises, and emerging artists and young people through various methods such as space sharing through emerging artists’ art markets and open markets, and community activities to study sustainable cities with young people. 

 

Through support activities worth about 6.25 billion won and related collaborations, Neovalue has provided a total of 60 startups, social ventures, and a total of 64 new writers and young people with their capabilities. Through these activities, Neovalue is striving to support the greater social values they will create and to create a sustainable city with various lifestyles.
