0412 is a very familiar number for the NEO people. This is because it is NEOVALUE’s founding anniversary, which comes back every year on April 12! This year marks the 17th anniversary of NEOVALUE! They said they had fun like a party roper who works well and plays well. Shall we go and see what happened?

#Special performance

Classic suddenly flows out in the NEO Lounge, which has been noisy with NEO people gathered after a long time. We specially invited vocalist Lee Eung-kwang to hold a celebratory performance. One NEO People celebrating his birthday in April was invited to the front on the spot and received a special serenade from vocalist Lee Seung-kwang as a gift. The atmosphere was heated up from the beginning with the great performance and the showmanship of the witty vocalist.

#Cake cutting ceremony for the foundation anniversary

At the cake cutting ceremony for the 17th anniversary of its foundation, we invited two NEO People who have a special meaning for ’17’. The event ended with NEO People, who was born in 2005, when NEOVALUE was founded, and NEO People, who is now 17 years old, cutting a commemorative cake with Chairman Ji-ho Sohn with NEO People, who was born on the 17th.

#Long-term service award

There is an indispensable order on the anniversary of the foundation that comes back every year. It’s a reward for long-term workers. The NEO people who achieved five years of long service in 22 years were all three minutes. In particular, the benefits of long-term service have expanded since this year. 5 – 3 days depending on the number of years of service. Reward leave, which was 10 years-5 days, 15 years-10 days, and 20 years-15 days, has increased significantly to 5 years-10 days, 10 years-15 days, 15 years-20 days, and 20 years-25 days. If you use your personal annual leave properly, you can go on vacation for a month’s vacation! Of course, there’s a lot of lifestyle support.

We interviewed three people who will go on a pleasant “refresh vacation for long-term workers” to tell them their first impression of meeting NEOVALUE, the story of “Latte is…”, and their know-how for long-term service to new employees.

Earlier this year, NEOVALUE declared the NEOVALUE Management Principles, which encompassed the beliefs and principles that NEOVALUE has built up. At the same time, we also announced “Mid-to-Long-Term Goals and Strategies” to portray the next 20 years. It’s also an important year to take a leap toward vision, using the achievements that NEOVALUE has done for 17 years.

Therefore, the concept of this anniversary was selected as ‘NEO NOW & FUTURE’. We wanted to make it a time to look back on how we are currently working in “NEO NOW” and to draw the vibrant future of “NEO FUTURE” NEOVALUE.

NEO NOW starts with a light warm-up quiz. In this commemorative event of “U-Quiz on the NEO,” members’ MBTI were collected in advance and teamed up by MBTI for harmony and Mingling. Each team showed the characteristics of each MBTI, and the same MBTI was able to feel homogeneity.

Before the founding anniversary event, the organizing team, People & Culture, prepared a surprise gift for all employees. Each category has an opportunity to have a group shot in the studio. The mission was to include the culture of working in each category in the concept, and the final BEST CUT for each category was unveiled at the Foundation Day event! The founding anniversary event is coming to an end. Following NEO NOW, NEO FUTURE is a time to imagine the fun and thrilling future of NEOVALUE. To get to know the moon properly, let’s go to the moon ourselves, not a better telescope! Using the “Moonshot Thinking” method, we conducted a mini workshop where you can freely imagine the future of NEOVALUE for 5 years at most and 20 years at most.

After all the teams finished the presentation, the team that finally shot the most thrilling and enjoyable rocket through the vote of all the employees became the “Yay” (team slogan) team. Thanks to the infinite imagination of NEO people, it was a moment to imagine the pleasant future of NEOVALUE!

#Anniversary Souvenirs & Novo Artist’s Special Gift and Endless Lucky Draw…

NEOVALUE’s Foundation Day event has always been loved by Neo people as a rich gift. This time, “Drappier, Carte d’or” champagne, which means a golden card, and “Lucky Champagne Set,” which is a collaboration of fragrance brand Soohyang, were provided. In addition, a surprise gift from Novo artist who recently worked on the Seongsu-dong Art Wall project together! It was the 17th anniversary of NEOVALUE, which ended with a rich gift.

This Foundation Day event focused on reviving mutual exchanges that have not been comfortable with COVID-19. It was a time to bring together the hearts that were alienated from the members due to the long distance, and to recharge the power to move toward the goals and visions that NEOVALUE aims for.
