Beyond property development, We are Lifestyle Developers.

Why do we seek lifestyle?

NEOVALUE develops ‘Cities with Culture.’ We want to deliver the value of ‘Abundance in Lifestyle’ through our projects. Gangnam known as ‘Beverly Hills’ in Seoul, has become a district where many people are eager to live. The reason may not be simply because of its large number of buildings, but because of various factors such as highly efficient infrastructures, lively commercial areas, and good educational facilities. For this reason, NEOVALUE provides a combination of content, operation, and locality on top of buildings. We call this ‘the lifestyle.’ We believe that where a unique culture and lifestyle make harmony, space becomes powerful

Lifestyle Developer, Our story

Before I called her name,

She was nothing more than a gesture.

When I called her name,

She came to me and became a flower.

-The Flower by Kim Chun-soo (Korean poetry)

We identify ourselves as creators, who build a small world called ‘Lifestyle City.’ As we interpreted property development from our perspective and pursue a new method accordingly, we needed to come up with a title that define us more clearly. Therefore, we decided to call ourselves ‘Lifestyle Developers,’ a title that implies our value 1) to propose a better lifestyle and 2) to develop an abundance of cities with culture.

All comes down to the value of professional

‘Lifestyle Developer’ is not a superficial concept, but a central axis that leads to voluntary job crafting.* When saying ‘lifestyle,’ it eventually refers to various aspects of daily life. We are individuals who are eager to pursue an improved lifestyle. We feel rewarded and meaningful for suggesting better solutions for a better future. It is perfectly fine if our team members define ‘lifestyle developer’ in different words.

In the end, they are connected under one big idea to provide a ‘Human-centric urban space of happy lifestyles.’

*[Job Crafting]

A term that refers to changing one’s work task by self, into something more meaningful and happier activity.
