The name NEOVALUE is a combination of NEO, meaning (‘new’), and Value. It means that it is a company that brings “New Values.” Philosophy is to contribute and create a better world by searching for and bringing ‘New Values.’

‘New Values’ of NEOVALUE does not mean making something out of anything. It is about making the value that is already existing but has not been discovered or realized in real life up till now. The values we discover must be acceptable, sustainable, and irreplaceable to clients. NEOVALUE calls this ‘True customer value.’

We defined ourselves with this philosophy. Looking from a customer-centric point of view, the essence of property investment should be to provide urban space that changes people’s daily life happier. Thus, our job is not only to relieve deficiencies and inconveniences in space but to provide richer and more meaningful experiences.

We put ‘Humanity’ at the center when creating space. In the case of Alleyway projects (Gwanggyo, Incheon), they may seem like commercial facilities from the outside, but in fact, they are combinations of commercial with residential.

One of our goals is to create a ‘livable neighborhood.’ Rather than building up a ‘Castle’ or a ‘Palace’ with fancy names, we wanted to create an affectionate neighborhood space called ‘Alleyway.’ We always aim to put people who live there to take the main role.

Power to live together, Connection.

Where there are people, there is the ‘Connection.’ Even if it’s hard to do alone, it is possible when we work together. New types of spaces are emerging and recognized by

 individuals who take the value of independence but pursue loosed solidarity simultaneously. Co-working or co-living spaces are a good example of this trend in the market. NEOVALUE, provide places where people can communicate with each other and form a community or even build a marketplace. At Alleyway Gwanggyo, there is a central square called ‘Hello Ground’ and various events such as flea markets are held there. On the rooftop on the third floor, residents make Kim-Chi together and share food with neighbors. This is the power of space, to connect people and help them to live together.

Healthy and Balanced life

The importance of healthy space for sustainable living is growing. NEOVALUE continuously develops spaces for a healthier and balanced life. We plan/operate additional content directly if necessary.

We created to communicate with locals through Korean traditional food culture in the neighborhood community. It is called ‘DOOSOOGOBANG.’ This dining place is where you can taste the master monk Jeong Kwan’s temple food which was presented as the ‘Master of temple food’ in the Netflix documentary series ‘Chef’s table season 3.’

‘Efil’ is where you can look after your heart and body through Pilates. Its’ goal is to manage balanced daily life. Efil shares the value of healthier everyday life and presents various activities such as a rooftop yoga program to pursue this value.

Inspiratory moments, Inspiration

Everyone has their unique taste which allows us to see the world from new perspectives. Also, it is what makes a city dynamic. NEOVALUE created spaces in respect of these different tastes. One of the biggest messages that Alleyway Gwanggyo shares is ‘Art in everyday life.’ We want to provide a high-quality art experience in your front yard.

In Alleway Gwanggyo, American pop artist Kaws ‘Clean Slate’ and Janet Echelman’s ‘Earthime Korea’ are installed at the square. The gallery ‘Near my [A]’ held an art exhibition too. We constantly collaborate with popular artists and discover inspirational local creators to awaken inspiration in daily life.

Everyday life with fun, Enjoyment

Life can feel desolate. All you need is an attitude to simply enjoy the moment like a young child. NEOVALUE creates a space to revitalize your daily life. It is to create open spaces where you can add energy and excitement such as live performances, busking, festivals, flea markets, and night markets.

We are proud to present ‘Every day is a festival in your front yard’ at Alleyway Gwanggyo square. At the square, various programs are held to boost joy in daily life. Live performances and flea markets open up new gatherings. At the time when we held the grand opening event of Alleyway Gwaynggyo, an Australian performing art group ‘Strange fruit’ visited and had a blast time with residents. Every day is like a festival at the square and residents are proud to be part of it.

Everything you need, Convenience

The need for ‘Convenience’ in the city is increasingly sophisticated. People expect to have convenient access to various features at any time. The property investment takes locations as the most valuable. It must be close to where you work and surrounded by good commercial infrastructures. The major concept when planning and developing ‘Alleyway Incheon’ was the ‘Convenience.’ We customized this old and slow neighborhood of Incheon, into a functional place to live. It serves as a focal point for people to gather and enjoy life-friendly brands at a close distance.

 Town Management Development presents the city as one town.

Our ultimate direction for urban development is close to Roppongi Hills, a residential complex in Tokyo Japan. This complex residential-commercial building was developed by a Japanese real estate development company Mori Building. Town management is an urban regeneration method that comprehensively manages commercial and business districts as a village. Roppongi Hills was completed by private companies and residents as a redevelopment project. This is based on ‘vertical urban theory,’ to bring residentials, offices, cultural facilities, and leisure spots all together in one place to suit the modern lifestyle. This allows people to save time and eventually are invested in leisure time. Comprehensive town management enhances the convenience of residents’ lives and the sustainable value of the city.
